  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

    INSTRUCTIONS
