  • 2 large potatoes, cubed (approx. 500g or 1.1 lbs)
  • 2 carrots, sliced (approx. 200g or 7 oz)
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup green peas (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • Liver spread (optional, for extra richness)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, and vinegar. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.

    3. Brown the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
