- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lechon sauce (or liver spread)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-3 green chili peppers (siling pangsigang)
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
